"This stay was frustrating and fell well below expectations. Before arrival, there was a serious issue with our prepaid booking not being properly recognized, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty at the outset of the visit.
Once on site, the overall level of organization and service was poor. Breakfast service on several mornings was uncomfortable, and service interactions lacked professionalism. Additionally, confusion during a dinner order further reflected a lack of attention to detail.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and disappointing. The standard of service was noticeably lower than expected and did not align with what we had previously experienced at this property."
