With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an array of premium amenities, our charming cottage is a one-of-a-kind home filled with character and history.

Inside, you'll find a bright and airy space with lovely hardwood floors and a coastal vibe. The open-concept living area includes a cozy living room with two sofas—perfect for family gatherings or quiet relaxation. The spacious kitchen features a large dining table for 8 and additional counter seating, offering views of the lush backyard and covered patio. Whether you're cooking meals or simply enjoying a conversation, the flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces enhances your experience.

The master suite offers a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with one room featuring a queen bed and the other a twin-over-full bunk bed. Each room is outfitted with a TV, crisp linens, and plush towels provided by our professional linen service.

Step outside to discover the ultimate in outdoor relaxation. The amazing resort style pool and spa will entice you to spend every vacation minute basking in the sun on the sun ledge, enjoying the waterfall, and relaxing poolside in the loungers and chairs. The private dock on Sarasota Bay is perfect for fishing, relaxing, or launching the provided kayaks. Spend your days enjoying the serene surroundings or grilling fresh seafood on the BBQ while dining al fresco under the shaded patio umbrella.

Two single person kayaks with paddles are provided for guests to launch from the dock. Boats are not recommended as the water is very shallow.

Located in the historic fishing village of Cortez, Crooked Coconut offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to beaches, fishing piers, restaurants, and shops. Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
