One of the nicest places we've stayed at. Very comfortable and clean. There were more TVs than you can shake a stick at, and the kitchen was fantastic! Host was very responsive and considerate. There is a 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet, but you'll need to bring your own EV charger to plug in.

Great stay!
We loved the uniqueness of this beautiful property! It was spacious and beautiful decorated inside. It had everything we needed for our large group. Kids loved exploring Mesa Verde and we had a great time.

Amazing and relaxing!
Wonderful! So clean and quiet! Perfect for our two families to stay with ample room! Enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor (garage) kitchen. Plenty of room to play games watch movies and spread out! Close to Mesa verde and Hovenweep! I would stay here again in a heart beat

Gathering of Old People 2023
We are all retired Navy Cheifs, with our beautiful wives. We gather together very 2 years somewhere in the US, keeping our friendship and family ties together. This location with 4b/4b was perfect for us. Out in the country, yet we were able to visit many of the parks, attractions, and the beautiful countryside. The gathering around the table in the morning to discuss what we were going to do and in the evening again gathering around the table or the fire pit and talk about the day, help strengthen the bond we developed 52 years ago. We referred to the home as the Pinto Bean Barn. It was beautifully furnished and accented and comfortable. The local residents, when they drove by and saw you outside would always wave, lending to the feeling of acceptance and that we picked the right place to gather. The women did enjoyed the shopping and us guys enjoyed a few of the micro breweries. Our host, Jeana, was tremendous. She went out of her way to help me surprise and make the stay here, for my friends, more memorable and fun. We could not have picked a better location or a more comfortable home for us to gather in for the week.

Golf trip
Me and 3 friends get together each year to play golf somewhere. There was about an hour drive to a couple of the courses course but got to play in 3 states and one course was right in Cortez. Great place to stay and the silence in the evening was unbelievable. Very peaceful place!

Perfect vacation home
This property is everything you could want and more. It's very unique, being a converted beanery. But it feels just like home. From kitchen supplies, to books and games for kids, and even firewood; we didn't have to worry about anything. The only issue was with Waze being about a mile short to where the property is located.

We appreciated the refurbishing of a bean factory. The inside was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, it was so wonderful to visit with family.

Beautiful stay
This home is gorgeous! My kids loved having so much space and everything was included to make us feel comfortable! A couple things I wish I would have known about (that don't affect my rating, we truly loved this place): *The driveway is apparently a bus stop? Be prepared for cars full of children and a bus to stop and pull through at about 7am. (keep the blinds closed lol) *BUGS! Bugs everywhereeee. Crawling out of the walls, in the towels, beds, everywhere. We relocated many a cricket and beetle over the course of our stay! It's farm country and should be totally expected, but just in case anyone out there has a major bug phobia lol.

Perfect Getaway!!!
We came into town for a last minute funeral. This place allowed us the comfort for multiple families staying in the same house, along with much needed family time! I would stay here again without a doubt. Hopefully next time it’s under better circumstances. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Broening/McCarthy new year’s trip
I can’t say enough about this property. Perfect for our two families. Beautifully decorated, but not a bunch of stuff for little people to break. So much living space. If you want to unwind, but be close to grocery stores and restaurants this is for you. I especially enjoyed the attached outdoor kitchen. Can’t wait to return to try out the sauna. Thank you Matt

Incredible VRBO!
I wish every single home we rented was of this quality. It was very easy to get to and arranged perfectly for the use we needed- all work associates needing our own separate spaces and bathrooms. There were plenty of places to sit and work, and a massive kitchen set up so we could convene for meals. I really want to come back with my family and use the fire pit and sauna and go to Mesa Verde or Phil’s loop- honestly it’s a shame we only used it for work. I think a family reunion or friends’ gathering or bachelor/ette idea would be just amazing here! The host was kind, accommodating and very quick to respond to us. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!
If you’re looking for a out-of-the-way spot that has a lot of outdoor activity and you want to explore the four corners region this is the place for you! This place is absolutely immaculate has a great fire pit as well as an outdoor dining area with the garage door that is super cool! Close enough to town (Cortez) but yet far enough away.

Amazing Property
We are on a 5 week road trip and this has been our favorite property so far. It is super cool! It is definitely off the beaten path, but worth it. The kitchen is outfitted perfectly, and there are tons of little extras at this property. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and the kids loved their room. I highly recommend this property.
