Beautiful location
We stayed here while my godson visited OSU. It was a perfect location—very close to the campus but on a very private lot that was quiet and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

paradise
We were a family of 5 and stayed for 2 nights. It is an amazingly beautiful home and we totally loved it. Attached to our house is a pottery studio by Dale Donovan, and you can walk into the studio and will be blown away by his work.. kind man that we adored. Grateful to have stayed there!!!!

Farmhouse respite
We used this lovely home as a place to take a breath and rest from the business of our son's wedding about five miles away. Our immediate family shared in the space and it was a wonderful place to gather after the rehearsal dinner the first night and the wedding the second. We loved the kitchen and dining room for a healthy breakfast before the ceremony and the living room where we gathered after the ceremony to reflect. It was a happy ending to a magical day. We weren't able to enjoy all of the games provided - maybe next time? Thank you for personally meeting us for the check in process that went very smoothly.

Civil Buddies
My friends and I join up every year for the Civil War Men’s basketball game. We stayed there last year and decided to stay there again when we saw that this place was available for the date of this year‘s game in Corvallis. Although I did not get a chance to stay there this year, my friends were able to make it down and make use of the place and I know that they all enjoyed themselves. Thanks for having such a beautiful place to offer and making everything easy!

Christmas in Corvallis
We had a wonderful time staying at the Christmas Tree Farm with family for Christmas! Our son loves local so he stayed with us during our visit and it was more than comfortable! Love the heating system used so we could each be comfortable in our own rooms. Dale and family were more than hospitable! It couldn’t get any better having Christmas on a Christmas tree farm!

Getting ready for Christmas!
This was our first experience with VRBO. It was a wonderful place to stay and the host and hostess were perfect for first timers! The online check-in and billing was somewhat confusing (even with the app), but it all got figured out. We would love to visit again!

Amazing Property and Host
We were in Corvalis for a pre-game dock jumping event (where dogs run down a runway into a swimming pool for a toy. The pool was set up right outside Parker Plaza. We had a great stay. The house is comfortable, clean, and had everything you could need. We will definitely come back next year when we perform for the crowd again.

Superb in every respect
We greatly enjoyed our week (late August) at this farmhouse. It was exactly as represented in the listing - kitchen is quite well appointed, air conditioning worked well, and furnishings were very comfortable. On top of all that, the hospitality of the on-site owner (Dale) was really exceptional. He lent us a couple of items that enhanced our stay, and his pottery (some for sale in the house and his adjoining studio) is truly beautiful. We bought a piece at the end of the week and will cherish it as a memento of our happy week at the farmhouse.

Wonderful!
My friends and I loved the farmhouse. The location was perfect - a quick drive to OSU. The house was very clean and comfy. Every room filled with wonderful paintings, beautiful pottery made by the owner, and artistic details like hobbit doors with crackled paint. Well-equipped kitchen. Charming bedrooms. A sweet little detached room that had a fold out sofa bed. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but we enjoyed hanging out in there to read and have some quiet time. The outdoor area was lovely for happy hours and dinners with plenty of seating which was easy to move into the shade when needed. Dale, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Awesome
We took our boys to the beaver baseball camp. It was the perfect location and set up. The property was great for the boys to play and had tons of outside toys to keep them entertained. The owner Dale was very helpful and a great host. I would highly recommend this play to stay!

3 Cs equals an A+
Comfortable, clean and convenient, not to mention quite a congenial host. Dale was always available with information, but never a bother. He stopped by a couple of times when we were outside and asked if we needed anything. He’s been there most all of his life and knows a lot about the area. The place was spotless and had ample cooking utensils, bedding and toiletries. It has a/c, a gas fireplace in the living room and electric heaters in each bedroom. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had clocks with charging stations. All 5 in our group had very high opinions of the complete package offered here. There is also an electric car charging station.

Amazing Farmhouse!
We had a group there for the weekend and the unanimous consensus was overwhelmingly awesome! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the property overall was clean, comfortable, quaint, and charming with lots of character. Dale was an exceptional host and easy to communicate with. Delightful!
Vintage farmhouse nestled in the west hills of Corvallis in the midst of a Christmas tree farm. Prompt, excellent information from owner, when requested. Peaceful surroundings, lots of extras including Irish butter...seriously! Owner/artist pottery studio was so very lovely. Treat yourself to something out of the norm...a piece of history amidst the Willamette Valley.

Picturesque getaway
We were delighted to enjoy the historic christmas tree farmhouse. The place is in excellent condition with beautiful artwork, comfortable and attractive furnishings. Efficient heat pumps plus a cozy gas fireplace-stove. The kitchen is really well fitted out with cookware, linens, spices and appliances. Both bathrooms are downstairs, and more convenient to the two lower floor bedrooms. Two nice sitting rooms in addition to the kitchen/dining room gave lots of opportunity for semi-private hang-outs. Our hosts were responsive and welcoming while respecting our privacy. The place was way beyond our expectations and we would be happy to stay here again.

Long weekend for OSU tour
First off: Dale and his daughter are lovely people. Friendly and welcoming and both with great stories. The property is charming and even though it’s tucked in a neighborhood, there’s still the feeling of seclusion. The tree farm is beautiful and makes for a nice place to wander. Dale makes gorgeous pottery and his shop is on site. We picked up something for ourselves and some gifts for friends and family. Had we had an suv as our vehicle, we would’ve taken home a tree, too! The house is charming, clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had more than enough space. The fireplace was a treat on our cold weekend. It was a perfect “home” while we explored Corvallis and OSU. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely stay again. Thank you!

The kitchen was well-stocked, and we found everything we could need to feel at home (iron, hairdryer, etc.). The location on the Christmas tree farm was tranquil and quiet. Our family is originally from Oregon, but we've been living out of state for a few years. Staying here felt like coming home! We hope we can come again for a longer stay.

What great place to stay while visiting my daughter who attending the university. It was a real home and a charming environment. It felt so good cooking a meal together and then sitting and talking in a living room instead of sitting in a restaurant or hotel lobby! I hope this house is available every time we go back.
