The Space:

Accommodating up to 22 guests, this cabin is ideal for family reunions or getaway weekends with friends. Don’t miss your chance to experience a perfect mountain getaway! Small Weddings are welcome for additional fees and rules. Inquire within.



* Secret Speakeasy Room: Sip cocktails in the secret speakeasy (if you can find it) while you play poker or card/board games and watch your choice of sports, shows, or movies on 2 side-by-side tv’s.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home, including the driveway, pool & spa, fort, and all exterior amenities.



We welcome your pups but require a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges.



Our property is just a 7 minute drive from the Cosby entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Getting Around:

During the Winter months we suggest all wheel drive vehicles. Any other time of year 2 wheel drive vehicles are okay.



Other Things to Note:

* The pool and spa are maintained once weekly by a professional pool and spa company.

* We offer pool heating for an additional $345 per day per day. The pool and jacuzzi heating runs in colder months only if the outside temperature is above 40°F. Please reach out for more details.

* Pool Depth: 5 FT

* We allow up to 2 dogs for a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep your pups off of the furniture and keep them crated if they are left at home alone.

* Wedding event fee: $2,000

* Must have a wedding coordinator
