“When I was going to check out of Hotel Lungomare this morning, they said I hadn’t paid for my stay. I showed them my confirmation and the receipt of payment made through hotels.com, but they didn’t accept it. It wasn’t until I phoned hotels.com and had them talk to the staff at Hotel Lungomare that things were solved. I wouldn’t recommend the Hotel Lungomare at all, especially after this treatment at the front desk./Johan from Sweden”

“We had a great stay. We are visiting from the USA and are booking hotels as we go, not ahead of time. We found this hotel around 6-7 PM and rang from the keypad on site. We were instructed to communicate from WhatsApp and everything from there went smoothly and quickly (as there wasn’t a host on site at that time). “Really higher service level than normally received, friendly staff, amazing view, the breakfast was amazing, including all the best of local specialties. The only strange thing was the poolboy who protected the pooltowels with his life - you were not allowed to leave the pool area with them.
