Just a few miles from Newport Beach, this private home offers a prime location with trendy restaurants and bars walking distance.

Furnished with all brand new furniture and decor and a spacious front yard, it's the perfect home to soak up the California sunshine. Discover both relaxation & adventure in this charming Costa Mesa home!

Get away to this California, costal cottage! Walk a few blocks to Newport Beach's famous Back Bay, drive just 15 minutes to Disneyland or 3 miles to the best beaches in Orange County! Dine at one of the many local eateries, or walk to the Orange County fairgrounds for one of their many seasonal events!

This home has a gated front yard, perfect for animals, people watching, sunbathing or dining! It’s a two bedroom, with a Queen in one room and Queen + a twin in the other room. There is one bathroom, one large living area and a small but mighty dining room and kitchen. I hope our home will be a great getaway for you, your family and friends!

The furniture in the ad was not the furniture in the house. The futon was torn and not comfortable to sleep on. Couldn’t ever find how to bring light into the living room area. Did like the proximity, made it super convenient.

Knives were very dull for cutting. Silverware was haphazard and the pot I pulled out to use was dirty. We also found a dirty cup in the cupboard that had mold growing in it. The tub and shower curtain looked like they needed a more thorough cleaning (or a new shower curtain).Beds were comfortable and location was nice. Nice to have a parking spot off the road! Neighbors were very close and there was quite a bit of noise. It was strange to see someone walk right past my bedroom window.

Cute house. Suitably updated. Lovely towels and bedding. Was perfect for getting to our day trips in LA, Disneyland, and San Diego. Just didn’t realize there wasn’t air conditioning but the cool mornings and cool evenings made it fine because we didn’t spend our days there.

It was overall better than expected. It’s a nice little house. Surprisingly it doesn’t need a/c. We did have to borrow wall fan from my in laws just in case it gets a little warm.

Wedding Event

We had a fantastic week at this cute, cozy bungalow. We came from Wisconsin and met up with family to celebrate our son’s wedding. The home was extremely clean. I even felt comfortable stretching out on the living room carpet to do my daily exercises. The shower had lots of hot water and both beds were comfortable. There was a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet at night. Brittany is a sweetheart and very responsive.Jean and Dave

A good location as a base for exploring Costa Mesa

although small, the house is tidy and ideally located as a base to visit friends/family in the Costa Mesa/Newport area. It doesn’t have a view or much room for visitors, but is within walking distance (1/2 mile or so) of the Upper Newport Bay Nature Reserve, and a few minutes drive from Newport and Costa Mesa. There aren’t many well located houses that are also reasonable in price in this area.

Costa Mesa Cozy

Nice two bedroom home in Costa Mesa. Great location 5 minutes from John Wayne Airport. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. This house had everything we needed for our 13 day stay. Washer dryer, full kitchen and a small fenced front yard. The separate ice maker was an added benefit.

Family Visit

Our stay was very fun and very comfortable. The home was exactly what we expected and was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. We had everything we needed. Brittany our host, was exceptional responding very quickly to our questions. We will definitely make this our go to place to stay in the future when visiting Orange County!
