"We visited the Rebello for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The staff was so kind and helpful, their generosity adding even more joy to our stay. The breakfast was extremely good, with both a buffe and a meni to order off on. I think the pineapple was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The hotel is worth it for the small but gorgeously calming spa and wonderful view alone. We already miss the Rebello and will be recommending it to everyone visiting Porto."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ En fantastisk vistelse från början till slut! Sheraton Porto överträffade verkligen mina förväntningar. Servicen var exceptionell – all personal var varm, professionell och alltid redo att hjälpa till med ett leende. Rummet var rymligt, elegant, skinande rent och sängen otroligt bekväm, vilket gjorde att jag sov fantastiskt varje natt. Hotellets faciliteter var också utmärkta och hela atmosfären präglades av lugn, kvalitet och omtanke om gästen. Det här är utan tvekan ett av de bästa hotellen jag har bott på. Jag skulle gärna återvända och rekommenderar Sheraton Porto till alla som söker en lyxig, bekväm och minnesvärd vistelse i Porto. Tack för en fantastisk upplevelse!"

"I unintentionally made two reservations within minutes due to what appears to have been connection issues. The hotel clerk informed me of this, and I immediately started the process of cancelling one of the rooms. Despite the fact that the bookings were made only minutes apart and that I used just one room, hotel management refused to cancel the duplicate reservation or show any flexibility. This was not an attempt to misuse the system — it was an obvious booking error that could have been resolved with basic understanding and good customer service. Instead, the hotel chose to prioritize policy over fairness. Experiences like this are a clear example of how rigid profit-driven decisions can override common sense and customer care. The stay itself was fine, but the handling of this situation left a disappointing impression and made the experience feel unnecessarily rigid."
