“The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication. “We loved our stay here!! Being so close to the boardwalk to the beach was perfect and made our trip so much easier. Unfortunately the WiFi was out 3/4 nights of our trip, but the communication with the property manager was constant and they did everything in their power to get it resolved for us as fast as they could. “My wife and I wanted a quick weekend get away and this was a perfect stay! Host made everything simple! Location was perfect walking distance from Rosemary Beach town center and easy walk to the beach. We had a great 2 nights stay and would do it again if we get the chance!”

“Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. ”
