The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 50-inch Smart TV, walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower. Patio doors give access to the huge decked area overlooking the fabulous views. Bedroom two has a double bed with Smart TV, and bedroom 3 has twin beds. Additional family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The large open-plan living/dining/kitchen space is an entertainment paradise! Featuring comfy sofas and a large 65-inch Smart TV - perfect for movie nights. You will never get bored as you have a choice of playing a game of pool or table tennis on our combined pool/table tennis/dining table, or challenging your opponents on the football table or retro arcade games machine. The generous kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Two more sets of patio doors lead to the expansive wraparound decking area with several seating areas and comfy rattan seating allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery. Steps lead down to a patio area with secluded outdoor hot tub, all with show stopping panoramic countryside views. The recently fitted tilt and turn gazebo over the hot tub now ensures you can enjoy it in all weathers. Perfect for families or groups of friends alike.

Our luxury lodges range from cosy 1 and 2-bedroom lodges (sleeping 2–4) to spacious 3 and 4-bedroom options (sleeping 6–8). Set within a woodland clearing, our new children’s play area includes swings, a trim trail, and picnic benches — perfect for relaxed family time outdoors. We also offer a new secure pet exercise field, allowing dogs to enjoy safe, off-lead play in a dedicated enclosed space, which has quickly become a guest favourite.

Raywell is ideally located for exploring East Yorkshire. The historic town of Beverley is just a short drive away, while the East Yorkshire coast offers beaches and scenic walks. York and Lincoln provide culture, history, and shopping, and Kingston upon Hull (8 miles away) is home to excellent museums, The Deep Aquarium, and a vibrant city scene.

For walkers, the park sits directly opposite a Woodland Trust site, with immediate access to a network of short and longer-distance walks and bridleways, including the renowned Yorkshire Wolds Way, making it ideal for gentle strolls or more adventurous routes straight from the park.
