“Really like UGH - our son goes to UU and this is excellent location to be close to campus. I was disappointed I booked day of and didn’t get a better deal. Definitely over priced at $266/night. Can find much cheaper places in SLC but we were in a bind.

“Took 24 hours to get maintenance on the dishwasher. The accommodation bill payable on leaving was US$99 more than the booking invoice through Expedia but eventually this extra, unexplained charge was waived.
Stayed at the Sundial many times prior to Vail Resorts becoming involved. It's not as well managed now, and staff numbers have been reduced. There is no longer a concierge.
This was a low snow year for Utah but we had a storm of 21 inches the day we arrived which opened a lot of the ski runs...

“The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired.
Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door.
Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad.
Property: we were in the building on Park Ave - trash overflowing cans and one had been ripped over so trash cascading down the hill to the hot tub; 3 huge...

“This place was even better in person. So nice! Spotless and beautiful. The towels were soft, the toilet paper was soft, the bedding was soft. The hot tub was just what the dr ordered. And the floor in the bathroom was heated. 10 out of 10 will stay here again and again. Also, all the places to eat within a few minutes of walking distance made it so easy to stay in for the night. ”
