  • This cute historic and newly remodeled cottage is situated in Old Town Cottonwood. It is within walking distance to boutique and antique shops, restaurants, wine tasting, and only minutes to Dead Horse State Park and River Front Park, for those who like to take long walks, runs, and/or bike rides. It is also within driving distance to Sedona (20 min) and Jerome (15 min). The cottage is at the end of a dead-end street, which offers quiet and serene days and evenings for your enjoyment.

    The cottage also offers a front sun porch for your morning coffee or tea while you listen to the birds and running water nearby. And for your evenings it offers a back courtyard with table and chairs for your private happy hour time.

The cottage home is very quaint and quiet. It was ready to access, and the owner was very responsive. There is trail access immediately out the front of the property. The trails go all the way to Dead Horse Ranch State Park. This cottage home was definitely a great find.

We had a perfect stay at this lovely historic home by Old Town. It was great leaning about its history too. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, walking distance to Old Town. Comfy beds and great kitchen. Nothing but high recommendations!

As the title notes, this place is very historic and very cozy! Located within walking distance, if desired, from Old Town centrally located to the surrounding areas of Cottonwood and Clarkdale. Lin, our host was very accommodating and even alerted us to a local event the evening of our arrival.
