Casa Naranja is a 1500 square foot modern one story three bedroom, 2 bath house. The living room accouterments include leather sofa, loveseat and chair with power recline, headrest and lumbar adjustment. After a day of hiking or sight seeing you can relax in front of the 75" Smart TV. The patio has a Weber gas grill and a gas fire table where you can relax and enjoy a view of Mingus Mountain and historic Jerome. If you enjoy outdoor dining the outside table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal and the indoor dining table comfortably seats 6. The main bedroom has a King bed, two leather chairs and a three quarters bath--shower as opposed to bath. The two other bedrooms both have Queen beds. Extra linens and towels are provided. The home is centrally located to Cottonwood, Clarkdale and Jerome. Many local attractions are very nearby. As the headline says, we’re open to longer stays if desired and guests who stay longer than 30 days or more receive a 20% discount.

Beautiful place - quiet, very clean, beautifully decorated with beautiful art! Loved the moo-cow in the kitchen!!!! Comfortable and well appointed (comfortable beds!!) - we lacked for nothing. We will be back! Short hike to Bocce Pizza :) We took the Verde Valley Train - highly recommended! Suzanne was awesome!

This house is absolutely beautiful! The views that are posted don’t do justice to actually seeing it in person. Great location to Ol Town Cottonwood, Clarksdale, and Jerome. The patio views amazing at night. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and all the neighbors are very polite. The host is amazing. Very easy to communicate and discuss questions with. Everything you need is in this house other than your groceries. We will be staying here again when we come back. I’d highly recommend staying at this house, you’ll see why once you step foot in it and sit on the patio at night!

I would give six stars if I could! The host was quick to respond to every message and consistently warm and helpful. We drove to AZ from WV to attend the funeral of a sibling and this house was just the welcoming haven that our family needed during a difficult time. The house was even better than we expected from the pictures. It felt welcoming and it was clear that a lot of thought was put into making everything comfortable for guests.

The host, Suzanne, was very responsive to all my questions and very helpful when I encounter a problem with a quick resolution. The home is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was like your home away from home. Gorgeous views of the mountains. very quiet home with exceptionally comfortable beds. OOPS!! I stole a chip clip off of the refrigerator by accident.

Hi! We had an excellent time and the property and location are top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have a few items that maybe guests might have forgotten to pack or not typical packed items but could be needed. Examples of this would be travel toiletries like tooth brushes, mini toothpaste, bandaids, tampons and pads, and sandwich baggies, etc.. Thanks!

This was the perfect gateway location for our Cottonwood/Jerome trip! Beautiful home with all the modern amenities you could ask for. From the comfortable reclining couch and chairs to the modern showers! Very clean and smelled fresh. You can tell the owner takes pride with this property host left a book full of restaurants , menus and thoughtful recommendations. the neighborhood was close to everything, quiet and peaceful. Only thing missing was TV in the bedrooms. But honestly that's okay, the kids just used their phones thank you so much for such a wonderful time! We would love to come back sometime

We had an incredible stay here. First, the place is so clean, it feels like you are the first people to stay there. Even the grill, backyard patio and sitting areas, no dust or spiderwebs, which is unbelievable! The place had everything we needed, and was super cozy and comfortable. Second, the hosts are amazing. We had to adjust our stay several times, and she responded so quickly, and was so nice and accommodating. She even gave us updates about things to do in the area for 4th of July! I would 10000% stay here again and recommend to others!

Great house with a great view!

This property was one of the best we have stayed at! Our group of six love to get away from the Phoenix area several times a year and this visit to Cottonwood did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, the morning view from the patio was spectacular and the location to shops, and wineries was great. We visited Jerome, down town Cottonwood, the Blazing M Ranch and had time to play our card games! We would highly recommend this property!

Super comfortable, great location!

This 3 BR home was the perfect place for our stay in Cottonwood, AZ. The house was immaculately clean with great ammenities and nice touches. The living room furniture was super comfy as were the beds. The views were amazing, although it was a little too hot to sit out in the evenings. On cooler nights, the fire table would be a perfect place to relax and sip some Arizona wine. We will definitely return!

Perfect in Cottonwood

This home was perfect. We are 4 current and retired teachers who were on an end of school celebration weekend. This home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, furnished with everything we needed, beautiful outdoor view and seating area, walking distance to town and ready for check-in when we arrived. We had a wonderful time. It is a 10/10!
