Winter stay was great

We had a pleasant stay in this large and very clean home. The basement was a great spot for our older boys to play while the dining/back room was great for our little one with the provided toys. The availability of a high chair and baby gate was great. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed and included a variety of specialty appliances. The kid’s bedroom upstairs was a perfect setup for us and had an additional set of toys.Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Great Home for a 3 generation family

We were very pleased with the property. The home was very clean and had lots of room for our 3 generation family. The home was private in a residential neighborhood but also close to many restaurants and activities. The home was well stocked with toys for our small children and beach supplies. We would definitely rent again in the future.

It was great. My only concern would be to have some blinds or curtain for the door from inside, privacy concern.

A friends get away

8 of us stayed in the house for 2 nights. It was a golf trip and the house was perfect for our group size. We did have to manage leaving cars off the property to abide by the only 3 cars in the driveway rule, but we knew that before we arrived. The house is really nicely appointed and very comfortable. It's exactly as advertised. I would definitely rebook. Before visit communication was very clear.

A great home for a large family

We really enjoyed this home which was perfect for our 3 generation family ranging from 7 months old to 60+. The home was very clean and there was ample space for everyone. The home was well stocked with supplies for the beach and toys for younger children to play with. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood with lots of privacy and there were lots of restaurants within a few miles. We would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful Property! Many bedrooms and bathrooms, which worked well for our family group. The location was perfect, since we were attending a wedding reception at the golf course only a few miles away. We would have appreciated another TV upstairs, since the only TV in the house is right outside the bedroom in the lower level. I would rate as a 4.5 overall.

This was our 2nd time staying here and it's perfect for everything we need. Lots and lots of space, we never even get time to spend time in some of the rooms! 10 mins down the road from our friends who own a cranberry bog so we can get there quick to help with the harvest!! Thank you again!!

Nice Weekend Away with Friends!

House has lots of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms! Kitchen was stocked with necessary cooking items. Beds were comfortable and linens were good quality. Contacted Vacasa several times about fireplaces not working and kept getting same response. Very disappointed as this was our 30th Girls Weekend away and one of our requirements is to have a fireplace!!!Toilet seat in upstairs bathroom wrong size!

Great home, poor service

This home was perfect for our group! Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately, we had a few issues during our stay, one of which was the inability to access the Wi-Fi, and there was no one available to help us. We were told to contact the 800-number for Vacasa, which we did not have time to do. I appreciate a rental property where you deal with a person, not a company that doesn’t care about the renters. Overall the property and house were incredible, but Vacasa’s customer service was incredibly disappointing.
