“バスタブが初日全く掃除して無かった。蛇口から水が出なかったから掃除が出来なかったのか。自分で洗って腰が痛くなりました。しかし2日目からは改善していた。部屋は広く眺望も良い。テレビはNetflixは未導入。衛星放送でNHKの番組は視聴可能。 フロントスタッフは丁寧な接客でした。タクシーも呼んでくださいます。 夕方から使えた特別フロアでのおもてなしのお料理やドリンクは中々美味しかったです。 ”

“The staff there were pleasant and helpful when they could. That being said, this hotel did not match the pictures at all. Room was dark and gray and the bed was very hard. When we asked for 1 extra pillow, they said they didn't have any more. (There's a Kmart, like 2 miles away, so it's not like they didn't have the opportunity to get any.) “Restroom sewage backflow, terrible odor. Shower water is very slowand leaks on the shower head, requested for assistance but no one shows up.”

“一番最初に案内された部屋が本当に無理だった。洗面所がカビだらけ。どうにか寝ようとしたけど、深夜2時まで寝れず、部屋を変えてもらった。変えてもらった部屋はなんとか大丈夫だった。カビは気になったけど。その時に対応してくれたスタッフはとても良い人だった。あと、オールインクルーシブって書いてあったのに、何回問い合わせても対応してもらえず、嫌な気持ちになった。あの表記はやめてほしい。結局ゴールドパスを買ったけど、良いなと思うところは別途請求が多かったから要注意。ホームページには書いてないからずるい。ちゃんと書くべきだと思う。”

“The amenities was great! We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. However, we kept hearing the elevator go up and down from our room and also it was difficult to drain the water in the tub. ”

“The hotel is ok, the rooms are nice and clean with large size rooms with ac, tv and a fridge. Complimentary coffee and donuts. The rooms are a little past best before date but definitely ok for the price. The staff are friendly and helpful A tip is that Guam is totally worthless if you do not have a car since there are no public transportations at all. But the hotel does offer free picup from and to the airport.”

“New Harmon Loop Hotel is in an excellent location if you wish to be away from the beach. The room was very comfortable, bathroom is in great condition and spacious. The staff - exceptionally amazing. They truly make you feel as you are home away from home. There are several food selections below the hotel and in the surrounding area. Whenever visiting Guam, this will be my top selection! Great job NHL!!!”
