“Parking was easy. Staff at front desk was not very friendly. Made no effort to be polite. Elevevators broke while we were there so everyone had to use the stairs. Felt really bad for elderly people trying to climb 6 floors of stairs. Pics on website are VERY OUTDATED! Room and bathroom were clean so that was a positive.”

“We recently stayed at Drury Plaza Hotel in Richmond while attending a 40th wedding anniversary celebration in the DMV, and our experience exceeded our expectations. “Our stay was okay. I feel like the room could have been cleaner. There was stuff on the walls and the room had a kitchenette. There was a bit of smell coming from the sink. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad but it was definitely not as clean as I would have liked.”

“Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”
