“The owner Sam and his wife were great! I came to visit Nova Scotia from California, and they made me feel at home! The Bed and Breakfast was nice, and had wondrous views! It was nice chatting with Sam every morning during breakfast! Wonderful people! My room was very comfortable, and I was well rested! Thank you!”

Nearly 50 years later I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Halifax Airport mainly because of my late arrival at the airport and it was really nice. “We found Nalu Retreat to be a true gem! The Dome was just like it appears in the photos. Everything was clean, clean, clean and tastefully done. We were enthralled with the setting and enjoyed our time in the hot tub and the privacy surrounding us....

“It was clean and well looked after”

“Litet hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Ett enkelt men mysigt hotell. Frukosten hade det man behövde. Här skulle jag gärna komma fler gånger. ”

“friendly staff, nice older building with beautiful antique furniture in lobby. easy parking and good free breakfast, excellent location to surrounding areas”

From the welcoming front desk to the attentive housekeeping, a guest could not ask for better. Their customer service/hospitality skills are...
