“Fantastic stay in our old Hometown Waterloo. Reserved everything through Hotels.com, payed everything with our credit card. When we checked ou we still neded to pay 40€ for ”interest rate”. Will pay by credit card on site next time. Unsure about Hotels.com way to handle payments.”

“Finding the entrence to the hotel was not an easy task even though we took a taxi! The city has all it's traffic running 'underneath' the city itself and the hotel can be a bit hard to locate. Once checked-in our stay was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet with a good selection of options and pool/relax facillity that was highly appritiated! (Got an e-mail from the hotel where they promoted the pool/relax with 1 hour for free, only a reservation was needed. But when we...

“The reception staff were excellent when we told them Our flight was delayed by an hour. We thought we might not make it back for1 am reception closing. They had told us they’d wait for use excellent service. We had to take a taxi as last bus had left. Arrived with time enough spare to have a night cap. Friendly - unbelievably kind staff.”

“The atmosphere at B&B Hippo-Droom was really a classic "home-a-way-from-home", which made our last days in Belgium a perfect finish after three years in Waterloo/Belgium. We can recommend B&B Hippo-Droom as the first or last "home" if you are moving to or from Belgium, or if you are just visiting Belgium for anyother reason and need a place to call home for some nights. The closeness to R0 (motorway) makes Hippo-Droom very accesible.”
