The chalet is just a 10-minute drive or shuttle from Courchevel Le Praz (7.5 km) and 1.4 km from the center of Brides-les-Bains, where you’ll find a spa, bakery, diet restaurant, the Olympe gondola to Méribel, a cinema, and many hiking trails.



In just 7 minutes by car or bus, you can reach the village of Bozel, which offers a summer lake, several hiking and mountain biking trails, paragliding, ziplining, and other outdoor activities. The property is non-smoking.



Set in a peaceful location, the chalet boasts mountain views, including the Vanoise Park, Dent de Vilard, and Le Grande Béc. Located in Vignotan, in the Courchevel area, the spacious 100 m² apartment on the first floor features 4 large bedrooms with double beds and a large walk-in closet. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for shared meals, plus a large dining table. The spacious living room includes a sofa bed (140/200).



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer, and separate toilet. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with a 160/200 bed, the other with a 160/200 bed plus a 90/200 bed. Two mezzanine bedrooms offer 140/200 beds, 2.5 m ceiling height, and storage. A second bathroom with shower cabin and a separate WC complete the layout.



Beds can be made up on arrival upon request. Small dogs are allowed for an extra fee.
