âI think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old⊠because if you came with the kid to the hotel⊠there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch⊠other hotels has those options.
Restaurant prices are to high this year and menu is very limited⊠bagatelle prices for food were cheaperâ

âThe front desk charged me for 5 days of skiing and was only there 3 days! Would not refund the mistake they made. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never stay here again.â
