🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Guests under 15 years old are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING RULES
• Please follow the recycling guidelines.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied.
