- A south-facing loggia (accessible from the bedroom)

The flat is ideally situated in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

There is direct access to Courseulles-sur-Mer beach; just a pedestrianised street separates the building from the beach.
