The space was fine, the manager helpful. The trip a bit disappointing because there were bad snow conditions, only two lifts open, cost for rental still the same as always, and we could not snow to or from the place because the 'Sunrise' lift was closed.
The main issue I had was with communication. When I hadn't received a confirmation (other than right after booking) less than a week before leaving, I logged into Expedia. There was a generic message about the stay, but when I sent out a question there was no reply. I sent out another 7+ questions in the following days, no reply. I did, however, receive emails that 'Brad-Lee replied to your message', but when logging into Vrbo it showed 'no messages'. Eventually I sent Brad-Lee my phone number, he called, and we were able to get the messages on Expedia after I refreshed the page. I had to keep refreshing it to see new messages from him. He was very friendly and helpful, but I would not book with Expedia again after this experience. Why go through two online hosts - Expedia and Vrbo? One would be plenty, all the more so if the electronic communication between the two doesn't work. To summarize: the place was fine, the manager very good, the online platforms defective and disappointing.
