âLovely hotel with stunning views. Tiny outdoor pool area and uncomfortable chairs on the veranda and bedroom terrace but the view made up for everything. The food was excellent (very large portions!) â
âA fine place to stay, but itâs PR is not helped by the unattractive photo of the indoor pool which is prominent in its advertising. I would suggest a shot of the town of Manteigas from the hotel- a beautiful vista indeed.â

âLocation is perfectly situated in peaceful surroundings yet short drive into town, absolutely beautifully decorated inside and outside, family owned by wonderful people who made us feel more like family than renting guests, breakfast served to your table with homemade honey, marmalades, and meats/regional cheese, and fresh bread! Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountainâŠa/c worked quietly and efficiently. Bathroom small but shower had hot water and ample room to place...
âVery helpful staff, Excellent area to explore. Nice touch having a fridge in the room, the best breakfast, of all the hotels, whilst staying in Portugal. Comfy bed, good size room.

âWhat a cute spot! We loved our brief stay at TerraSense! The property is beautiful and peaceful- the room was so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. And the staff was so kind and welcoming- great breakfast we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend as we will be back when we are on the area again!â

âWir hatten eine super schöne und erholsame Zeit im TheVagar. Wir haben neben einem sehr guten FrĂŒhstĂŒck, welches man sich am Tag zu vor immer neu zusammenstellt, auch das Abendessen sehr genossen. Wer einfach ein paar Tage abschalten will ist hier genau richtig. Hottub, Pool, Lagerfeuer am Abend, Massage alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben sogar noch spontan verlĂ€ngert und eines der Shelters gebucht, die ebenfalls auf dem GelĂ€nde sind. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nĂ€chsten Besuch.â

"The place is located on a very beautiful mountain, the rooms are comfortable and the views incredible. Would be great for the pool to have cement stairs for better accessibility for older people and children, and for the surroundings to have more places of shade."
