“Very good service, hotel condition and amenities. Rooms are sound proof but the big road will make some noises into the rooms facing it. We asked for another room due ro sounds from the road and even got an upgrade. Big thanks to the personel that help us with this.”

“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. “Pros: beautiful historic building, friendly wait staff, reasonably priced and tasty breakfast, relaxing atmosphere in bar with pleasant live music Wednesday evenings, cozy fireplaces in the lobby and beautiful library. Cons: although a known issue on check in, the fact there was no hot water in our room wasn’t disclosed. We were only staying one night. “It’s the perfect location to visit PEI! The town of North Rustico is such a treat! The owners made sure our arrival was smooth and easy!! ”

“The efficiency had everything you need. I was a single and more than I needed but the price was good. The only down fall is that I am a senior. I asked for a downstairs room and said it was not possible. I said I could do the stairs but not with luggage so they carried them up for me. It was very quiet. With the 2 rooms. It would be good with children too. And the playground.”

“There was no breakfast (even though it was advertised) we had a jacuzzi tub room but there was hardly any soap, only stuff for the shower. Pool closed early. Furniture in the room was stained and pretty dingy. ”

“Parking super easy. Staff very pleasant. But overall property is very dated and definitely not a 5 star. Beds very comfy and most importantly clean and fresh but little things like nicer soaps, shampoos etc and slippers for your room would make up for the dated property (which in fairness is a period property). Little touches like this would elevate the overall experience. ”

“The apartment was incredible as were all the furnishings and kitchen appliances plus utensils. The 3 night stop we had on what is a long 50 day trip around Canada and Alaska was brilliant and the washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment were a fantastic touch.
