I spent 10 days - great location, nearby lake. Comfortable bed and pleasant interaction with the host. Good restaurants nearby.

This property is not as it seems. The owner has a shared door between the unit and his house. He also has an exterior camera that faces the backyard. His house isn’t on the lake, but up the road. The unit has the bare minimum and on two separate occasions we believe he entered the unit without our knowledge. He has a computer in the unit and unbeknownst to us there was a camera on the top. He will not allow guests to control the AC split and insisted that he come in and change it with us present. He would not leave the remote with us despite it being a heat wave. There are no curtains on the windows but cheap blinds, so forget trying to sleep in. The unit is accessible with a key vs key pad so beware of that too. We left early when we found he breeched our trust and came in to our unit without our knowledge. Save your money, and book elsewhere. He

No complaints. Communication was clear and prompt, the property was lovely and as advertised, and I encountered no problems.

The listing is a bit misleading. It says there are "cooking basics, dishware & flatware." Not quite. There are two pots that are too small to cook with (and don't have lids), a rusty knife, no measuring cups/spoons. If you're planning to eat out or just reheat stuff in the microwave, it'll be fine, but don't plan to actually cook here. Also, it says there is parking for 2 vehicles, but the owners have about 10 cars themselves, so there's really only one spot to park.
