“The room was clean and comfortable. Really nice bathroom with a great waterfall shower. The beds were really comfortable. We both had great nights sleep. We were able to move around, sitting in the lobby area before a blazing fire, and playing cards in the morning room. It felt very homey. The staff was warm and welcoming. “We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed....

“Very friendly person who checked me in. I arrived early but they still let me into my room which I greatly appreciated! Room was tiny! Clean, thankfully. The actual building itself looks like a scrap yard. I drove by thinking my GPS took me to the wrong place! Be warned the social media photos do not reflect on what this place looks like at all! Thankfully I was only staying one night. Anyway the room was clean and it served my purpose. ”
