“The lower level had a very musty smell Saw spiders crawling across the floor The whirlpool tub in the room needs to be updated around its perimeter, rotted wood paint peeling Bed could use a blanket”

“The hotel smelled weird and, apparently, the cleaning staff had been fired sometime before our arrival. We found old food in the fridge and the bedsheets was not clean (found hair) in one of our rooms. They did not clean the gym for the full 5 days we were there either. However, the hotel receptionists made our beds and changed the towels daily.”
