    Detta vackra, tre sovrum / två badrum, villa på stranden ligger intill Chankanaab Marine Park och har den bästa snorkling på ön samt en sandstrand. Njut av fantastiska solnedgångar och se kryssningsfartygen segla förbi i det kristallblå Västindien från dina två privata terrasser. Detta är en lägenhet på andra våningen i ett komplex av 13 enheter (mycket privat utan höghus) med full havsutsikt. Klättra upp till takpalapa för en ännu mer spektakulär utsikt!

    Vi kommer att ge hjälp med att ordna aktiviteter för din vistelse inklusive djuphavsfiske, snorkling och dykningsturer. Det finns en brygga för båtupphämtning intill Tortugas Beach Club! Vi kan också ordna livsmedelsleverans eller en privat kock mot en extra kostnad.

    Dessa lägenheter har allt du behöver inklusive badhanddukar, snorkelutrustning, grill, två hängmattor, två cyklar, fullt kök med diskmaskin och tvättstuga.

    Du kan enkelt hålla kontakt med familj och vänner - det finns GRATIS trådlöst bredband och GRATIS fjärrsamtal till U. S. och Kanada. Det finns TV / DVD och NETFLIX i alla rum.

    Vi ligger på gångavstånd från Chankanaab Marine Park, Tortugas Beach Club intill och Uvas Beach Club med glasbotten kajakutflykter.

    Vår engelsktalande fastighetschef kommer att erbjuda råd och rabatter på olika aktiviteter inklusive dykning, snorkel och fisketurer.

    Öns södra sida ligger nära korallrev, populära strandklubbar, Punta Sur och mycket mer. Beläget strax söder om staden är du bara en fem minuters bilresa till affärer, restauranger och aktiviteter i centrum.

This is a great condo in Cozumel. Exactly as described in the listing. The communication from the owner and property manager was outstanding. If you decide to book, make sure you connect with the property manager to arrange for the private chef to come for an evening - best meal we had in Cozumel by far!

EXCELLENT rental!! It was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony over looking the pool with direct ocean view. The host was very accommodating and communicated all the details we needed in a very timely manner. We will most definitely return to this vacation rental again. Super nice! We had a great time!

Description is accurate, although the photos don’t do it justice. Very well stocked (from the kitchen to the towels to the beach/snorkel supplies). Easy parking. Highly recommend taking advantage of the masseuse (Mimi) and the chef (Antonio) that come to the condo—both very affordable, professional, and excellent at their craft!

Took my family on a snorkeling vacation and the condo was great to accommodate all of us and they had plenty of gear for us during the stay. Diana helped us solve a question very promptly and was awesome in maintaining very good communications both before and during our stay. Our stay was flawless. The location is perfect - just far enough away from the cruise ship terminal to avoid the masses, but an affordable cab ride to restaurants in the city center. The beach is ample, with easy access to some of the best snorkeling on the island. The condo had EVERYTHING, from scads of beach towels to snorkel gear to fresh bottled water replenished daily. The air conditioner was in prime form which was helpful to cut the humidity - we never slept better. The kitchen had every pot, pan and glass you would need - even gorgeous margarita glasses and plastic cups for the beach. With the beach clubs next door, it was super easy to pop over for a quesadilla if we needed a snack and a drink. We were also able to rent a parasailing boat for our grown sons right from the beach club pier. The pool and outdoor shower were an added bonus. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about our accommodations. Thank you!

Amazing place

We had an amazing stay. We have been to this condo complex before but a different condo. It was super clean and we had everything we needed. They provided fruit, coffee and a few beers for the guys. It is so cute with all the bright colors and a spectacular view of the ocean. Diana was amazing. She did some grocery shopping, booked us taxis, answered all texts so quickly. She is such a sweet person. We will be back

11 stars – Perfect Stay at Paradise Condos!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Paradise Condos in Cozumel! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With three separate bedrooms, it was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy some space while still being together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the helpful information book provided was a fantastic touch—it made exploring the island so much easier. One of the highlights was the rooftop patio—watching the sunset from up there was absolutely breathtaking. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived and will definitely be coming back to Paradise Condos again. Highly recommend!

Great Snorkeling

Unit was clean and spacious and communication excellent before and during our stay. Parking on site was easy. We enjoyed the convenience of snorkeling right off the beach at the complex. Had a great experience at the Chankanaab National Park which is just a few minutes away.The manager, Diana, was very responsive and helpful. Large jugs of purified water were provided and replaced as needed. We recommend this prooerty.

Perfect Place

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved the location, the condo was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. They had towels, cleaning supplies, a very well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need for playing in the water, and an excellent property manager in the area who was very responsive to our questions. The ONLY complaint was the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but we were so exhausted each day that it didn’t matter. Would definitely rent again.

Paradise!

Wonderful place with beautiful views. The wrap around deck off the living room and access to palapa for sunsets was just the place to relax with coffee and drinks. The decor was authentic with real wood carving furniture, and tasteful colorful paintings. Had plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and a charcoal grill. Filtered water also plenty on site. Snorkeling was great right out front and a nice little bridge over the rocks. We can’t wait to come back again.

Very comfortable

Our group of 6 friends stayed in this condo for 10 nights. We had a wonderful time and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the veranda was perfect for enjoying the view! We had a few minor problems along the way, but they were resolved quickly! Thank you for sharing your condo with our group. Would not hesitate to rent again!

Great location

Our trip was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach club Tortugas next door as well as Uvas. Our favorite most economical restaurant we visited was Sorrisi Italian restaurant. The restaurant was extremely clean , orderly and the food was delicious. We also went to Kondesa which was fabulous. Great garden like atmosphere. Food was delicious. The drinks were also tasty. We saw rays, tropical fish and a barracuda in the ocean in front of the condominium. Wonderful relaxing week.
