Walk through the grotto onto a private pier just for the building to arrange dive tours and snorkeling. Going out is only a quick walk away to downtown Cozumel. Amazing location and amenities. This beautiful condo is perfect for a large stay, as its 4, spacious bedrooms and full baths, can comfortably sleep a party of 10. Have guests over with no lack of seating, as there are kitchen bar stools, dining space up to 6, as well as a large living room. Enjoy a gorgeous ocean view right outside the windows of the living space. Step out onto the large terrace to socialize and take in breathtaking views. Practical amenities are included here, with a kitchen that is fully stocked with every essential item (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, stove, and more), as well as cleaning supplies, extra towels and more.

Take advantage of the condo’s large infinity pool (and smaller pool for the kiddos!) located right outside of the complex. El Cantil even has a grotto leading to the ocean with its own private pier. We highly recommend arranging dive tours, snorkeling, and plenty more fun, water-based activities! The amazing location of this home base is right across the street from a large grocery store, ATM, movie theater, and taxi stand, while downtown Cozumel is a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive). Here, the options are limitless, with many restaurants and bars, including Kondesa, Casa Cuzamil, and Casa Mission, which many of the locals enjoy dining out at. Plan some activities nearby like Coral Reefs Monument, Punta Sur Eco Beach Park, and Isla de Pasion.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Please note that parking at the condominium complex is limited, so if you have a vehicle, you may not be able to park it in the El Cantil garage. The security of El Cantil will direct you as to whether you can park there or not, and if not, there is parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street.
- There is NOT washer and dryer available for guest use at this property. The cleaning staff can do laundry for you for a reasonable fee.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-No pets allowed
-El Cantil is located in a downtown area, so some noise from nearby resorts, events, or the highway is possible.
