Paradise Condos is still a great place to stay but it is not what it once was. The homeowners association is responsible for upkeep around the property and is not doing what it should. The Palapa that was a big reason we booked this place was unusable. The beach should be raked every morning to keep the no seemums under control but they only rake a very small area by the lawn chairs and the private beach is routinely used by people visiting the beach club next door which cuts down on the privacy you used to have. Also Tortugas has huge led lights now that shine directly into the property so the dark skies we used to enjoy are gone.

Hippy Bob's Penthouse was an awesome place to call home for a week. However, pack lightly because getting a heavy suitcase up 3 flights is hard.

Amazing Property

The property is spacious and clean. Amenities included reliable wifi and ac which made the stay comfortable. The buildings are structured in a way that you have an amazing view of the ocean regardless of which unit is booked. The private beach and pool were top tier. If snorkeling is what excites you, there's plenty to see right there on the property. Proximity to beach clubs make it easy to socialize and book other excursions. It's so very convenient and beautiful. We recommend this to everyone wanting a peaceful stay, activities, and unmatched views.

This place was amazing. I travel with my mom and my teens kids and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone to get some alone time and cozy enough to share family time. Wonderful stay

The condo was in great condition. It had everything we needed-- in the kitchen, in the bathroom, washer & dryer, living area.The location is perfect. The beach was perfect for snorkeling, the pool was right there for relaxing, and there were bars and light restaurants within walking distance.Overall the check-in process was smooth, and everything was easy, just as a vacation should be!

Amazing Stay in Cozumel

This condo is amazing!Steps to the pool, steps to the beach, steps to unbelievable snorkeling, more beach clubs than you need, and a really laid back, fun, condo with all the amenities (including snorkeling gear!). I can't stop raving about this condo to all my friends and hope to be back one day!

Perfect Perch

We really enjoyed our stay in this 3rd story condo. It had everything we needed and it was located by a great little snorkeling spot. There were some restaurants nearby and we were able to get groceries and cook some meals as well. The highlight of this condo are the views from the living area and the beautiful rooftop terrace.

Truly paradise

Return Customers

We absolutely LOVE this location. The parents were able to do their morning walks and join us on our quiet little beach. Easy parking or taxi access. And our scuba trip picked us up right from the dock next door. Far enough away from all the cruise ships and the best snorkeling right out front. The kitchen and rooftop patio is amazing for us so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and place is just so comfortable. We came back for the second time with more people again because we love it so much!

Relaxed Family Getaway

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) had a lovely time at this condo, enjoying relaxed, family togetherness afforded with a 3 bedroom fully equipped property. The management team went above and beyond to prepare us for our vacation experience in the details about the property and the island. Moreover, they were very flexible to make accommodations for us as needed. We loved the scenic views right from their living room and having both pool and beach access was incredible. We snorkeled right off their property and spotted a few starfish. We were going to catch a boat for scuba right next door, but met the dive team instead in town for our night dive. We loved Cozumel and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful ocean side location

The condo is on the 3rd floor overlooking pool and ocean. Great views from the wraparound deck for morning coffee. Hammock and hanging chair for lazy days. Rooftop palapa was a hit for us, shaded breezy spot to eat and watch the boats go by till sunset. Several 5 gallon pure water jugs provided was very helpful. Grocery store 15 minutes away had all we needed. And Damien’s recommendations for dinner were spot on. Guido’s and azul Madeira were great.

Cozumel Great!

The “penthouse” was everything they said and more. Condo well stocked, private beach was beautiful and good snorkeling. Tortugas beach bar next door was really good for lunch. We would recommend and return!

Hippie Bobs is the way to go!

Great property, right on the beach. Fantastic restaurant/bar right next door with music and jet skis. Recommend renting a car, but taxis would work too. Can’t express enough how clean and well maintained this place is. Damien the property manager will meet all your needs and answer all your questions. Skip the hotels, much better value for your $.
