In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. ”

“My husband and I stayed here after a work Christmas party at Top Golf. The location was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived late for a 1am check in. Our room was spacious, clean, well stocked, and the continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. We will definitely stay here again!”

“The woman at the front desk, Charlotte was very cordial. I loved the fact that my room 216 was cleaned while I was out shopping all day on Wed. I loved the breakfast bistro on Wed morning, both staff members were very friendly & service was top notch. However, the woman who worked on Thur morning acted tired & didn’t want to be at work. Very unfortunate.”
