Welcome to Allie’s on the Rocks, a fully renovated (2021) lakefront bungalow designed for relaxation, adventure, and comfort. Named after our beloved pup Allie, who adores lounging on the covered deck, this cozy retreat is the perfect blend of modern design and lakeside charm. Whether you’re here to fish, kayak, work remotely, or simply unwind, Allie’s on the Rocks offers everything you need for a memorable stay at Smith Lake.

Inside, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax. The upstairs master suite features a king bed, Roku TV, dresser, closet, reading chair, and a large desk/workspace surrounded by windows with stunning lake views. The attached bathroom has a modern design and a locking barn door, for privacy. Tucked away on its own level, this suite offers a peaceful, private retreat even without a door at the stairway.

The first floor includes a welcoming living area and a cozy second bedroom with a queen bed, Roku TV, and a sliding barn door for privacy. The newly renovated recreation room doubles as a sleeping area, complete with a queen sofa sleeper, dresser, desk/workspace, Roku TV, and direct access to the back porch. You’ll also find a convenient washer/dryer closet for your use.

Every TV in the house is equipped with Roku and high-speed internet (200 MB download), providing access to numerous free channels—including MLB, NFL, and 75+ live options. You can also log in to your own streaming accounts for a personalized experience.

The kitchen and dining area come fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee. You’ll find a full suite of modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and even a coffee and tea station. For outdoor chefs, there’s a propane grill ready for cookouts on the porch. The indoor dining table comfortably seats four, with additional outdoor seating for up to eight guests on the covered porch overlooking the lake.

Allie’s on the Rocks is pet-friendly, with thoughtful touches to make your furry companions feel right at home. The fenced backyard allows pets to safely enjoy the porch, deck, dock, and waterfront without wandering off. A convenient pet cleanup station and other pet amenities are provided to make your stay easier.

The property sits at the confluence of two creeks, offering calm waters and fantastic fishing. Depending on the season, the water may vary in clarity—perfect for anglers and kayakers alike. In summer, you’ll enjoy lively lake activity and beautiful sunsets. From October to March, the water level lowers, which can make the dock ramp steep or occasionally unusable—but the peaceful atmosphere and crisp lake views during this time are unmatched.
