Ok för en natt
Incheckning var bra. Vi anlände sent o var hungriga. Det finns en begränsad meny, så mat kunde vi få. Ville köpa en cola i en automat, tyvärr fungerade inte denna. Då erbjuder man en mindre flaska till dubbelt pris i receptionen. Man hänvisar till att det är en bar o man kan inte ta ansvar för automaten. Hissen fungerar inte. Tur för oss så har vi friska ben o starka armar o ska bara en trappa upp. Frukosten helt ok.

Centralt och fri parkering
Frukost ganska dålig.Mjölk,Youghurt, samt en del annat fattades ibland och var tvungen att påpeka detta för personalen. En annan sak som var under all kritik är påfyllning av tvål och toapapper även där var man tvungen att påpeka detta för receptionen och själva hämta. Reser mycket och detta skall vara självklara saker som skall fungera på ett Hotell...kunder betalar för detta

Fint rum och hjälpsam personal
Jättebra hotell att börja vår bilresa i södra England på. Bra rum och väldigt hjälpsam personal! Den inkluderade frukost hade kanske inte så stort utbud, men smakade bra och gjorde oss mätta. Närheten till Tillgate park var också ett stort plus!

Rekommenderas väl
Väldigt bra hotell med mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal! Centralt läge med bra kommunikationsmöjligheter. Bra frukost och de var hjälpsamma att ordna fram ex glutenfritt bröd.

Sov en natt pga sent ankommande flyg. Rummet med bäddsoffa fungerade alldeles utmärkt. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Engelsk frukost, ok om man gillar det. Prisvärt!

Holiday Inn Express, Crawley.
Just an overnight so my wife could fly out of Gatwick, but the hotel exceeded expectations. Very welcoming check in, a room that was more than adequate, nice drink in the evening before bed and a great breakfast set-up.

The hotel and room were excellent for what my family needed for one night. The breakfast was very good and I thought there was a lot to choose from, we left with full bellies. 🙂

Staff are very helpful, rooms are nice and tidy, downstairs lobby area and breakfast area is very modern and comfortable, the breakfast is handy. Supermarket nearby if you need to grab anything and a close walk to the gatwick shopping areas as well as public transport/train station.

the hotel was nice and clean and there were no issues there but on check in the room was under as my name and my card (im 17 turned 18 today, day we was meant to checkout) so the guy at the reception asks us both for id as im with my boyfriend who is 19 so he shows his but when i said i am 17 he told us we were unable to checkin as the room is under my name and i said cant we just change the name of the room or book another room under his name instead and they said no, i think 18 is the age to be to book a hotel room which is fair enough was just dissapointed that i didnt get to spend my birthday the way i wanted too.

It is a legal requirement as a licensed establishment to ensure guest are of legal age - as you booked this reservation it would have been made clear during the booking process that you would have to be 18+ and present ID. Pet friendly hotel.
Happy to leave £100 security for our dog, but it was unexpected. Cant recall being advised of the charge when online booking. Will remember for next time. Great stay never the less.
