Thank you Mrs Raffia for taking time to put a review for us. We really appreciate it. Most people who come to stay appreciate that there is stairs as it's documented before booking. Pictures show the outside and inside, you are aware before booking. We do not market this as a high end hence the price. There is room for 6 average size adults, we have accommodated many pleased short stays. We offer a twin bed which can be separated to 2 single beds and one double bed as well as a double sofa bed. We are sorry you our facilities lower than your normal standard. We will investigate the other things you highlighted regarding the water as we were not aware of this. We really wish you had advised us of this while you were there as we would have send out someone to sort it within a few hours. Thank you again we appreciate this
