“My husband and I loved the hotel, spacious room, cleanness and staff was wonderful. I didn't give 5 stars because the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep at all, my lower back was a messed after i woke up. They need to upgrade those beds asap. Other than that everything was good.”

“One of the main reasons we choose the location was due to the indoor pool they offered. They messaged us through Expedia about our upcoming stay however failed to mention that the pool was closed. Only upon arriving did we see a sign at the counter stating the pool was being serviced with no estimated timeframe. Since we were traveling with children we were extremely disappointed. While we understand things happen the pool apparently had been out of service so we should have been given ample...

“cockroaches, sticky floor, broken blinds, broken bedside table with missing drawer. no bedside lamp. no hangers. kitchenets but no coffeepot, cups, silverware you have to perches them if you want them. not even cardboard cups. ”

“Conveniently located, very clean and organized. We used the gym while we were there and everything was clean and in working condition. Breakfast was great and had a variety. Staff were very friendly and seemed organized and efficient when working. Would absolutely stay again.”

“Hotel in great location with parking garage across the street. Parking is $27.00/day which is reasonable for a downtown parking garage. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff very welcoming. ”
