House 100m beach with 2 pools and barbecue:
The house of 114m2 is in a quiet area in the seashore town of Creixell only 200m from the beach, 30km from Port Aventura and 65km from Barcelona's Airport. It is divided into three floors and has two large terraces with outdoor tables, chairs and barbecue, as well as a communal area with a garden and pool open all year round. On the main floor we find the hall, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another double bed plus a single bed, as well as a full bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and an attic with a double bed. You will find an Italian coffee maker, oven, washing machine, winter heating, fireplace, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, a free private parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the house from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 30 years old are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
