Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly apartment offers a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Explore the beautiful Valsassina Valley, just a 20-minute drive from Lake Como, and enjoy outdoor activities, local cuisine, and breathtaking natural beauty. The apartment is on the attic floor and features beautiful exposed beams throughout all the rooms!
The apartment, located on the first floor, has two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a single bed. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything needed to prepare meals.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of 4 apartments with a total of 17 beds. The owners live on the upper floor. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and avoid noise during nighttime hours.
Access to the apartment on the ground floor is simple and hassle-free. There are only a couple of steps to reach the apartment.
Cremeno is a charming and peaceful mountain village in the Valsassina Valley, surrounded by a mountainous landscape offering stunning views of the Grigne massif and green meadows that turn into lively pastures in the summer. This village is ideal for those seeking a stay immersed in nature, offering numerous hiking trails suitable for all ages, mountain biking paths, and picnic areas surrounded by greenery. In winter, the proximity to the Piani di Bobbio ski resorts makes Cremeno a perfect base for winter sports enthusiasts. With local agritourisms and restaurants offering typical products and a tranquil atmosphere, Cremeno invites its guests to discover the authentic charm of Valsassina in every season.
Strategic location: Cremeno is an excellent base for exploring both Lake Como and the mountains of Valsassina. Situated about a 20-30 minute drive from the lake, it allows you to enjoy the lake's beauty and numerous water activities, as well as mountain hikes and winter sports.
Although we do not offer private parking, finding a spot is generally not an issue. There is a small public parking area right in front of the entrance. Alternatively, there are many spots available within a 5-minute walk. Parking may become challenging only during very busy days or special events.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
