You will have at your disposal a very bright apartment, designed to ensure maximum energy efficiency and attention to every detail, inserted in the context of a two-family villa dedicated to tourist rentals. The large terrace with a view of the Grigne group, large double garage and access to the garden are the characteristics that make this location truly special.
The villa is accessible from Via Madonnina, and despite being in a quiet area, it is connected to the center of Maggio by a path of about 5 minutes on foot. Maggio has always been one of the favorite destinations for tourists, thanks to its location very close to the lifts, with a position that dominates the entire valley and convenient to reach Lake Como (20 minutes from Lecco and 30 minutes from Bellano and Varenna). In summer it enjoys one of the best microclimates in the valley.
The apartment is on the second floor of a private villa accessible by stairs. The spaces are generous: the large living room opens with a large window onto the terrace overlooking the garden, and is dominated by the large corner sofa; it then develops on the left with the kitchen, fully equipped and with a large central table. The sleeping area is divided into two separate parts. On the left a double bedroom with en suite bathroom; on the right a bedroom with two single beds, with a bathroom next to it. The two bathrooms are both complete, with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
The technology is discreet, modern and comfortable: the underfloor heating system, based on a modern heat pump, guarantees uniform and well-distributed warmth thanks to the thermostats that regulate every room; in addition, controlled mechanical ventilation guarantees excellent comfort both in winter and in summer. The energy is integrated by solar panels; there are modern accessories such as washing machine, dishwasher, induction, microwave, coffee machine, smart TV in the living room and in a bedroom. The large private garage allows you to store not only two cars, but also bicycles and skis .
The garden is usable, and outdoor furniture is available in summer.
The apartment is delivered complete with sheets and towel sets for all guests, and a welcome kit consisting of oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
