A perfect spot to disconnect, though Wi-Fi is available for those who need to check in with the outside world. This home offers a cozy open-concept, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living area. Fire up the outdoor propane grill for a complete outdoor living destination, allowing guests to cook a steak meal or barbecue while enjoying the ranch atmosphere. Includes a full-size washer and dryer. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Two bathrooms (one is in the garage), both have large walk-in showers for a spa-like feel in a rustic setting. Drive time to Guthrie is approximately 25 minutes or a quick 7 minutes to get to the City of Crescent. As a guest on a working cattle operation, you’ll enjoy privacy with a front-row seat to ranch life. Whether you’re here to hunt, for a family gathering, or to simply unplug and watch the horizon, this home provides a unique rural escape.
