âWe stayed here on our way to Crater Lake National Park. The Woodsman Country Lodge was wonderful, very cozy and friendly. Quirky, definitely not like your cutout hotel chain experience. We loved it.

âStaff was especially helpful. Did their utmost to make limited ammenities available. Attention to detail in room and drinks available 24/7 in lobby. Small, older place in remote town outside of Crater Lake - you can walk the length of the town in 15-20 minutes. 2 of the 3 restaurants in town were closed on the day we were there (Monday&Tuesday closed). Mexican restaurant was at South end of the street and very good.â
âWe spent the day at Crater Lake and chose to stay at Eagle Crater Lake Inn for the night. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a room with two large beds that were separated by a doorway. The hotel is right off of the highway (we found this convenient) but if the road noise bothers you, bring a sound machine. We were so tired the road didnât bother us at all!
