âYou walk in and see a beautiful WATERFULL all LIT UP and GLOWING at night. RealLY beautiful elevated dining room. Linen smells so fresh and clean. Staff are absoluteLY WONDERFUL. I got them all some LYCHEE GELATIN snacks and they were ever so HAPPY. TruLY amazing location. RealLY CLEAN AND MAINTAINED. Very CONVENIENT. Shopping Mall is literalLY behind the hotel and JungleJims AMAZING HUGE INTERNATIONAL GROCERY STORE is 2 minutes aWAY. SeriousLY, GREAT JOB HOLIDAY INN ..!4! THANK YOU. BE A "REAL"...
âWe have stayed here several times over the years. Itâs low budget but the cleanliness, quiet (which is amazing since itâs right by the railroad and highway), breakfast offerings and friendly staff make it nicer than many pricier places I have stayed in. I always feel safe, too. Looking at it from the outside I would not necessarily understand how nice it is for a decent sleep during a road trip. Glad we found it. â
âThe hotel was excellent. It was close to our family members' homes, & only 12 mins from Bellarmine Chapel in Xavier Univ, where we attended a family wedding. Thank you Best Western.â
âNedgĂ„nget, trĂ„kigt och kĂ€ndes smutsigt.Allt kĂ€ndes fuktigt i rummet Ă€ven sĂ€ngklĂ€derna. BĂ€ddsoffa som hade ett lakan som inte var bytt - flĂ€ckar pĂ„ och vi fick be om ett nytt.Otrevlig chef som mest gick och spĂ€nde sig och skĂ€llde pĂ„ sin personal. Vid ett tillfĂ€lle sĂ„ att receptionisten började grĂ„ta. HĂ€r finns mycket att jobba pĂ„. Skulle aldrig vilja bo hĂ€r igen!!

Pool not open first day, otherwise everything was perfect. I do not believe that I will go back to Cincinnati anytime soon, but if I would, I would definitively stay here againâ
âWe were in there for the Cincinnati Open championship weekend. This hotel is an official Cincinnati open hotel where many players were staying. Very well maintained but looked a little quiet. The occupancy might be very low. The restaurants in the property were closed for special events mostly probably for the Cincinnati Open. Overall good hotel.â
âI was told we could have early checkin at 1pm. Got there and was told we had to wait till 3pm when normal check in is. Then at 3 we were told they were full the night before so no rooms ready. Only when i said i wanted to cancel did they get a room ready. But worth the wait. Clean. Comfy. Only bad remark is they allow some shady people to sit outside at night and they were asking for money snd cigarettes. â
