Welcome to Spruce Cabin! We’re thrilled to have you. Our neighbor across the street has a horse farm, and the horses are easily scared by fireworks. To be good neighbors, please avoid using fireworks. A $500 fee will apply if fireworks are found to have been used, covering necessary cleaning and disturbances.
