Detta Àr en 3 sovrum Chateaux enhet som ligger tvÀrs över gatan frÄn basomrÄdet CBMR. LÀgenheten har delvis renoverats med trÀgolv i kök / matsal / vardagsrum. Köket var ocksÄ helt nytt. Dess en mycket bekvÀm plats med fantastisk utsikt frÄn dÀck. LÀgenheten Àr vÀlfylld med allt du behöver.
Vardagsrummet har bekvÀma sittplatser för 5-6 med soffa och kÀrleksstol. Matplatsen har plats för 6 vid matsalen bord med 3 extra platser i baren toppen. Varje sovrum har ett eget badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, de 2 gÀst sovrummen har en queen size-sÀng i en och Àn en vÄningssÀng med en tvilling och en dubbelsÀng och en enda fristÄende sÀng i den andra. Alla har helt nya sÀngklÀder, filtar och tÀcken. Badrummen har helt nya handdukar.
Komplexet har en utomhuspool och bubbelpool samt en bastu. Detta Àr ett fantastiskt stÀlle att stÀlla upp baslÀger nÀr du utforskar allt som Crested Butte-omrÄdet har att erbjuda.
Trailers och RVs Àr inte tillÄtna pÄ den hÀr fastigheten pÄ grund av stadens bestÀmmelser och / eller HOA-konventioner. Endast 2 parkeringsplatser finns tillgÀngliga per lÀgenhet.
LÀgenheten ligger pÄ busslinjen till skidomrÄdet och gÄr genom komplexet var 20: e minut pÄ vintern med 2 praktiska stopp pÄ fastigheten.
Observera att pool / badtunna / bastuomrÄdet Àr öppet sÀsongsmÀssigt. Typiskt Àr det öppet under sÀsong - vintersÀsong öppningsdag till stÀngningsdag och Àn öppnas i mitten av juni genom Labor Day. The condo was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable with plenty of setting in the living area. The only negative was the hallway to the condo was narrow, dated, and you could smell what the other guest were cooking.

This condo is simply great- nicely remodeled and comfortable furnishings. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms meant that everyone in the group had plenty of room. The kitchen worked well for our group breakfasts each morning and the couches and deck were great for relaxing and hanging out. The kitchen could use another bigger fry pan but this is the only improvement I could suggest. The location was very convenient and parking was easy. You are on the bottom floor but minimal if any noise from other units. Great views of the Butte. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect: absolutely clean condo and the location to the slopes and the last stop on the ski bus!, the size was perfect or 6 adults with plenty of space to put all our gear, the kitchen was well-appointed with all the utensils /serving dishes/pots& pans/etc.for all the meals we brought to cook for our group (they even tried to get a water boiler for us, but was sold out in town!). Not only was the condo great, but Alpine Property Management was excellent - great communication prior to visit, checked in with us on day two, and extremely attentive to our needs and requests! We will definitely be coming back to this property!

We enjoyed the condo and only wished the pool was a little warmer for our 3 year old grandson. I really appreciated the lawn chairs and blanket so we could attend the two music events in CB. The condo had plenty of kitchen utensils and the beds we’re comfortable. We also really like how each bedroom had its own attached bathroom. The views of Mount CB were great from the deck. Thank you!

Loved the property! Close walk to the mountain, easy access to public transporation. We cooked all our meals on site and it was easy to take lunch breaks at the condo as well. pool has a sauna!

This was a great property and had everything we needed for our family of 6 with 2 kids. Free shuttle bus into town was right outside. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Crested Butte is amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

I like how there is a bathroom with each bedroom. Everyone had their own space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable! The hot tube and pool were great for post skiing. The location is great, the shuttle to the ski base was very convenient. Overall, very nice and functional!

Overall rating? Excellent. First trip to Crested Butte, so renting at this property was a little bit of a shot in the dark. It is part of the The Chateaux condo complex, which appears to be five buildings and has a pool, hot tub, and gender-segregated saunas. The exterior areas and exterior hall areas of The Chateaux complex are dated, but well-maintained. Pros: The unit was large, clean, and exactly as described on VRBO. The price was good for what we received. The appliances all worked as expected. The furnishings were not worn. The heat and hot water were excellent. The small balcony was pleasant. The fireplace was an excellent amenity and the firewood provided at the condo entrance was abundant and bone dry (critical in a wood fireplace). There were many pots, pans, kitchen utensils, etc.. Negatives? None, really. Small suggestions: The addition of a 10 quart or larger pot for making large pasta meals would be helpful. Be aware: The hot tub is very small and serves all The Chateaux buildings, so at times it's going to be packed. Overall? As I said, excellent. We would definitely rent again.

We were a party of 5 adults, plenty of space, towels, dishes and silverware. It's about an 8 minute walk to the lifts. We cooked pizza in one night's and ate in town the others. We recommend Bonez, Ryce, and The Secret Stash. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Very nice place. extremely close to the mountain and bus was really nice to be able to get on and ride in to town just a few steps from condo. Did I mention the town shuttle is free. It also came around every 15 minutes this time of the year.
