Om boendet

Brand New Townhome in Crested Butte with heated garage

  • Bring the whole family—and even your pup—to our comfortable Crested Butte home with plenty of room for fun.

Our new townhome in Buckhorn Ranch is just 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from Mount Crested Butte. It’s the perfect home base for mountain adventures, all year long. The heated garage keeps your car snow-free and offers a great place to stash all your gear after a day of skiing, biking, or hiking.

This is our personal home that we share with guests—we only get to visit Crested Butte 3–4 times a year, but we love every minute we’re here. As such, the home is stocked with the basics (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap), but you’ll want to bring your own items like coffee, olive oil, and tin foil.

We are a pet-friendly home, and our cleaners do a great job, but they may not be able to remove every trace of pet hair. If you or anyone in your group is highly sensitive to pet hair or dander, this may not be the best fit.

Also, please keep in mind that Crested Butte is a remote mountain town—and that’s exactly why we love it. But it does come with some quirks. For example, the valley occasionally runs out of propane for the gas grill, so thanks in advance for rolling with the punches when those things happen.

We’re so excited to share our dream home with you, and we hope you fall in love with Crested Butte—with all of its natural beauty and small-town charm—just as much as we have.

This was a comfortable townhouse South of CB. My friend and I enjoyed our stay there- well equipped, comfortable beds, quiet, easy access to great hiking trails and town. Expedia had incorrect information about my credit card so there was some difficulty with the second payment. The host stepped in IMMEDIATELY to reassure me that my reservation was solid and that it would be worked out. Also, I forgot my pillow which I brought from home, and the host had it mailed to me, which I greatly appreciated. Her accessibility was excellent. Minus the rain, we had a wonderful time!

Our family of four had a great time in this beautiful house with plenty of room to spread out if we wanted to! The house is well-stocked (no one needs to buy mustard for a long time!), in a great location, and has a cute little balcony we all enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!

Our original Vrbo booking was cancelled on us right before we were to arrive. I was scrambling to find a replacement booking and our host was very equivocal to respond to provide a same day check-in and to make sure that we had arrived successfully at the property. The beds were great, the space was perfect for our needs and the location couldn’t have been better. We were happily rescued from what could have been disaster. Vrbo corporate customer assistance was also 100% helpful with resolution of the original reservation details. Many thanks to all!

The home is fantastic - we loved the neighborhood and it had everything we needed including comfortable bedding, kitchen glassware, plates, etc. It is close to downtown but also a very quiet location which we enjoyed. It was a beautiful and clean home. Just short on some cleaning supplies (trash bags, cleaning spray) and there was no propane fuel for the grill. Would highly recommend anyone to book if you’re in crested butte for a stay.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful location

Great location in an absolutely beautiful valley. The neighborhood sites are still under construction, so there was a bit of noise to deal with during the day, but with windows closed it was hardly noticable. Gorgeous off-leash hiking trail just 5 minutes up the road, and the home itself is absolutely stunning and well-appointed. Would happily stay again!

Fantastic ski weekend in Crested Butte!

What a beautiful townhome in an incredible community! Located only minutes from town and skiing, a super convenient location. No busses or shuttles needed since parking is so easy around Crested Butte. The buckhorn ranch area is such a nice place to stay. Great roads for walking and taking in the scenery for anyone who does not ski. The views from the home cannot be beat! We will certainly be back

New place that was great

This was a great stay. It was as advertised. There is one bedroom with bathroom on the entry level. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms with a common bathroom. There was nice deck to sit out on. We loved the music selection and it was nice to be able to play music. I would recommend this location. It is a little outside of town in a nice area.

Incredible House

We had an amazing weekend staying at Sidney’s house with a group of friends. Super scenic neighborhood- we enjoyed walking our dog down the road and appreciated how peaceful it was. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for making meals at home. Lots of homey touches too with tasteful decor and bikes to borrow. The host Sidney was very responsive and kind. We’ll certainly be back!

Great place!

This place was impeccable. Brand new neighborhood, very quiet with a lovely park and small pond. Everything you could possibly need from kitchen needs to bikes, etc. Great views of surrounding mountains. Wonderfully decorated and very clean. The communication and check in process was so easy and laid out perfectly. We all enjoyed the record player. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend this for anyone especially a family.
