BasomrÄdet Àr en kort 5 minuters promenad bort dÀr du ocksÄ kan ta dig pÄ en buss som tar dig till staden Crested Butte.
PĂ„ husets nedre vĂ„ning hittar du ett stort medierum komplett med bekvĂ€ma soffor och ett komplett badrum. En storskĂ€rms-tv pĂ„ denna nivĂ„ gör det möjligt för barnen eller vuxna att koppla av efter en lĂ„ng dag med Ă„terskapande. Även pĂ„ denna nivĂ„ finns ett tvĂ€ttstuga och 1 bilgarage.
PÄ andra vÄningen hittar du dramatiska vyer över Mt. Crested Butte frÄn fönstren i vardagsrummet eller medan du njuter av badtunnan pÄ det angrÀnsande dÀck. Golvet har ett stort rum med fullt utrustat kök med utsikt över vardagsrummet och matplatsen. Du kan ocksÄ hitta ett pulverbad. Vardagsrummet har en eldstad och tv med stor skÀrm. Det stora sovrummet med king size-sÀng och eget badrum med separat dusch och soaker finns ocksÄ pÄ denna vÄning. Det stora sovrummet har ocksÄ en platt-tv. The house was even better than the pictures. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and come together. The kitchen was well stocked... grateful the maids did not throw out extra condiments or salt and pepper like many homes do. It was nice to capitalize on not having to restock on those items for our week long stay. Will definetly stay here again... and if the sellers would like to ever sale, please let us know. ;)

We found the condo in very good condition, clean and well decorated. The kitchen had every last thing we needed tok cook, and then some. The condo is very comfortable and full of light. We loved it!

This place is perfect. Not only is it an easy 5 minute walk to the lift (it takes that long to walk in from public parking), this place is huge! We traveled with another family of four and had plenty of space. Beautiful views of the peak from every room. It was well maintained and well stocked. We’ll be staying here again!

Perfect home base for a weekend hike. The villa was way larger than the 3 couples needed, but was perfect for our short trip. The hot tub under the stars after a long hike was a highlight.

We really loved the property, location, and management company. The property is well appointed for needs in the kitchen and throughout. Very spacious and great for multiple families. Very well kept and management prompt with responses to any of our needs.

This property is at a great location, short walk to the slopes and the ski school area. Amazing view of the mountain from the hottub. It was cool to watch the New Year’s Eve celebration from the porch and hot tub. Plenty of room , great place.

We stayed here last year w/ our family and loved it, so on this trip to celebrate a colleague's 80th birthday, I recommended it to the work team. We filled the place with 7 adults and never felt crowded. The level of cleanliness, the degree to which the unit is stocked and the location are all top-notch. And you can't beat that view.

We loved our stay! I love that this property is managed by a small property management group versus one owner. There was always someone to answer the phone. Mary and Shay were both very helpful, even helped us to ask around for a babysitter. Upstairs bedroom has a walk in closet big enough to be a "room" for a pack n play which made it easier for our kids to share a room. The house is huge, lots of space for kids to play out of the way. We had a (small) bridal party get ready in the living room for a wedding nearby and it was perfect. The rental has soap, salt, a few coffee pods, dishsoap etc. so you don't have to spend a ton of time setting up house. We called about one maintenance issue and it was fixed immediately. True walking distance from Elevations hotel and shops. Feels quiet but is very close to main road to go down to town. We will absolutely be staying again.

Property was good. A few things were broken like the blind in the master and the screen doors on the deck. The hot water was slow to come on in the master shower. Overall it was a good stay.

All we can say is WOW! The pictures don’t do this home justice. The house is spacious, well furnished, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We also didn’t realize that we’d be a short 4-minute walk from the chair lifts at the bottom of the ski mountain or shuttles into town. It was so convenient. We can’t wait to visit again soon and will absolutely book this home again.

We had a friends ski trip this past weekend and this property was the perfect spot for us. Tons of room, great space, and a 4 minute walk to the Silver Queen lift and base area. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was very clean and well appointed. There was plenty of room to stretch out after a day of skiing for the 8 of us in our family, from younger children to adult children and spouses. The hot tub was a welcomed amenity after being on the slopes. The walk to the slopes was very short and convenient. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we are in Crested Butte!

I've been to CB ten or eleven times. Have stayed with friends and have rented condos on the mountain. This place was a haven - well-appointed, well-stocked, super comfortable. And you can't beat the view from the hot tub.

The property was solid. Better than the pics. The hot tub broke several times and the mgt had to come out for it. Never was really fixed, just a temp unsafe fix i think. The mgt doesn’t respond at night though. Also, the mgt company randomly took (and threw away) our many ice packs from the freezer. We had been there for 24 hours, so that was a weird thing to do. They did give us money back for that though. Overall, a good stay and a nice house with a decent mgt company. It is silly all the things people have to do to clean the house now considering the cleaning fee. Either have us clean with a minimal fee or you guys do it. But that seems like every property now.
