The Space:

This Beautiful Goldlink home offers every guest a memorable experience on Mt. Crested Butte, boasting just about every amenity and comfort one could imagine! Practically on the ski slopes, the location of this home is hard to beat anywhere on the mountain. With 3800 square feet sprawling over multiple split levels, there is plenty of room to spread out. The Primary Suite offers a spacious study, over-sized walk in closet and lavish bathroom. It also includes french doors leading to a private balcony. The Junior Primary is very private and invitingly plush, also with french doors and a balcony. The two guest bedrooms are located downstairs, which also houses the family room, wet bar, and two additional bathrooms. The Primary Suite and Great Room feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering unparalleled views. ***The entire Goldlink subdivision is 'considered' ski in/out, as they have a neighborhood lift ('Goldlink') to service all homes as such. With that said, this particular home is about a 200-yard walk to the lift, but with ample snow pack you can ski right in when returning. The walk to the lift is considered easy and has a designated, maintained trail.  4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, 2 King and  2 Queen beds. Parking: A maximum of four (4) vehicles may be parked in the driveway. No parking is permitted outside of the driveway, on others’ property, or in the streets.

No trailers, RVs, or campers of any type are permitted to be parked in the driveways of residences or anywhere in the Gold Link Neighborhood Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.



A nonrefundable $250 Dog fee is required if you bring your furry friend. We will allow a 2nd dog for an additional $50. You must notify us in advance.

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the Gold Link neighborhood in Mt. Crested Butte, with easy access to the ski run.

The following activities are popular tourist attractions: alpine skiing, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, backcountry skiing, dog sledding, horseback riding, fly fishing, mountain biking, trail running, rafting, paddle boarding, hiking, golfing, and tennis. In addition, the Chamber of Commerce Website is a great resource for information on Crested Butte.



Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car during your stay to explore all that the Gunnison Valley has to offer, but it is not required. This home has access to the "First Tracks" on-call shuttle service to get you to the slopes or to town.
