Denna vackra 3 sovrum / 4 badrum hem byggdes 2007, och rymmer högst 10 personer. Smakfulla dekorationer och antika möbler ger det en "hemma" känsla. Ligger en kort bilresa till basområdet eller staden Crested Butte, är denna fastighet ett perfekt läge för din semester!

Huvudnivån är där du hittar det stora vardagsrummet med nya lädermöbler, en vedeldad spis och stor plattskärms-TV. Köket är välutrustat med moderna rostfria vitvaror och separat matplats, och det finns ett stort wraparound däck med grill och otrolig utsikt. På huvudvåningen finns också Master-sviten, som har en queen size-säng och eget badrum med jacuzzi.

Nedre våningen finns ett rymligt allrum med en stor plattskärms-TV / DVD-spelare, våt bar, 2 trille sängar, ett badrum och tvättstuga.

På övervåningen finns två drottning sovrum, ett badrum och ett loft område med TV / wifi. Detta hem har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet plus en svensk bastu för att koppla av i slutet av dagen. Det finns också en uppvärmd 2-bil garage och mycket mycket mer !!.

CB Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at the Mt Crested Butte home. The property manager was very helpful! The home was comfortable and roomy with great views. A great location for skiing. During our stay there was a big snow storm and the property manager kept the driveway cleared. Highly recommend!

Perfect Two Family Ski Vacation House

We had two families with teenage kids stay here for a Christmas break ski trip. The location is perfect, especially with the free shuttle network offered in the area. It’s app based and on demand, very similar to what we’re all used to using but designed for shuttling skiers to and from the mountain. We never waited longer than 15-20 minutes from the time we requested a ride. The best part…it’s FREE. No catch. We tipped the drivers generously as they were so helpful and nice. House was clean, spacious, and well stocked. 100% recommended.

Crested Butte wedding vacation

I came to Mt Crested Butte for a fall wedding. I rented this house for my entire family to stay together. The house was located close to where the wedding was taking place. The house was in a great location for experiencing Crested Butte and its beauty. There were amazing views from the deck. The location was close to the free transit bus system for going into town. I would stay in this location again if I came back to the area.

Absolutely Incredible!

Reserved this property for the Thanksgiving holiday, and couldn't have asked for more! The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms/beds were all comfy, plenty of firewood for the fireplace, there was an excess of towels/wash cloths/hand towels/extra blankets/etc, and plenty of soap for all the bathrooms/sinks! Ample parking for the property was VERY nice as well (most condos in the area only allow two vehicles unless you jump through hoops or beg/plead with the property owner/manager). When it wasn't snowing/too cold, the wrap around deck was perfect to watch the mountains, and the same views from the living room we're just as great just with the added bonus of a fire keeping everyone cozy. The shuttle that picked us up in the driveway and took us to the resort was icing on the cake! Also, the property management team was VERY responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We loved our time here and would absolutely love to come back!

Spring Break Trip 2022

This property handled the six guys just fine, just wished one bed had been a king size, or that the small foldout would have been a little more comfortable. My 7yo grandson sleeps like an octopus, so I let him have the bed and moved to the couch each night. Still was fine. Everyone else slept fine in their own beds. WIsh the deck had a hot tub! Sauna worked, as did the jacuzzi in the master.

Great house and location. Sleeps and accommodates a crowd very well

We really loved everything about this house. A great area downstairs for the teens to hang out. Very comfortable living space upstairs. The only issue was the shower on the 3rd floor didn’t drain very quickly.

Beautiful Views

This property was very comfortable and clean. The group of my friends enjoyed the living room and fireplace so much that we rarely turned on the TV.. There was plenty of hot water for our group and the beds were comfortable. One just needs to be careful of the snow coming off the roof that lands on both the upper deck and the stairs leading to it.

Great place, great location!

The views were amazing and the house was very comfortable and perfect for our group! We really enjoyed the sauna after a day of skiing. While not technically ski in ski out, it’s pretty easy to get onto the mountain (a couple short stretches of skiing and a couple road walks) and you can get almost to the driveway on the way back to the place if you take the right trail from the Umbrella bar area. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple great meals! Highly recommend staying here!

Great place, fair price.

Superb location above Mount Crested Butte community with large deck and open views to the North (West side of Maroon Bells area). Easy commute into town (CB), quiet. Nice wildlife neighbors (fox, mule deer, hummingbirds). Quite comfortable, a great find.

Loved this home!

There were 7 of us sleeping there, and there was plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably. The views are breathtaking. It a great place to for us to go: good location to everything, space for anyone to be on there own, plenty of space to hang out together.

Awesome Spot

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! It’s a great space for a larger group. It’s clean, it’s open, it’s tasteful yet comfortable. Fully stocked with cooking tools, supplies etc. Plenty of blankets/ sleep space. Best of all the location and views. Less than a 5 minute ride down the hill to the mountain and pictures don’t even begin to capture how spectacular the views are. Highly recommend this spot!

Gorgeous get a way!

What a fantastic week! Butte was in its stunning peak of fall color and this house was the perfect base from which to enjoy this amazing valley. Drank coffee on the wrap around porch and watched the color change daily on Snodgrass Mtn. The house is very clean and well appointed with everything needed for a stay. Great access to bike and hike trails on Butte Mtn. Will def be back! Thank you!
