This quiet neighborhood Villa is close to the slopes and the base area. The free bus service is only a short walk away and you can see the bike path to town from the deck.
Mountain bike from your front door to trails like the Upper Loop and the Lupine Trail.
Be first in line on powder days with a short walk to the base area and wrap up the day with a nice soak in the hot tub as you watch the snowcats groom International ski run.
The villa has sleeping space for 10, with 2 of those being a bunk bed in the downstairs game room. Has a foosball table and a TV.
The home has a TV in the living room with a Amazon fire stick so you can log into your own Netflix and other accounts.
This Villa is set up like a comfy home, not just a rental property. There is a well equipped Kitchen with Crock pot, espresso machine, a couple of coffee makers, pop corn maker and great cutlery.
Parking for 2 full size vehicles or 3 small cars in the driveway and one more in the garage.
Bring your own summer time toys or rent and enjoy world class mtn biking, stand up paddle boarding, whitewater rafting, jeep and SxS rentals, horseback riding, summer concerts on the mountain and alpen-glo in town.

Parking: No trailers, RVs, boats, side by sides, ATVs, may be parked outside. These must fit inside the garage. All other vehicles, including cars and trucks, shall be parked in the designated off-street parking associated with the subject unit at all times (this is the garage and driveway only). The maximum number of vehicles permitted shall be limited to the amount of off-street parking associated with the subject unit which is 4. No parking is allowed on any street, or in the overflow parking lot since the overflow parking lot is for owner use only. No parking on the grass of any unit.

Spring break trip

This house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. Quick walk across the street to ski ! Downstairs area perfect for teens and the hot tub was perfect! Super fast contact and resolution for dead battery in fireplace remote and very helpful with recommendations for things to do, and any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful Crested Butte House

Exceptional location, clean, comfortable, attentive with all the amenities and extra comforts one would want. We will definitely want to stay here again. We love Crested Butte Spring Break skiing/ snowboarding! Thank you for allowing us the comforts of your home!

Incredible Mt Crested Butte view and location

Our family of 8 people (4adult and 4 children) stayed in this lovely Villa for 7 nights. We had a wonderful time in the Crested Butte area and this was the perfect spot. First, the Host was pleasant and easy to work with. I requested a grill and he bought one prior to our arrival which was so nice. He had a lot of great tips and was so quick to respond to questions during our stay. The property was clean on arrival, easy to find and park. A very spacious home with beautiful wood and stone work. The large bedrooms are spaced out over 3 levels with the main living room, kitchen, dining, and MBR all on the 2nd level. The view of Mt. Crested Butte out of all 3 levels is spectacular. The balcony and hot tub are essentially sitting right below Mt. Crested Butte. Wow! Such a cool view. The location is great, you can walk across to the base of the ski area in just a few minutes to the main lifts, shops, and restaurants. Also the free shuttle that runs throughout the day and night is just a half a block away. The accommodations in the house are great with nice beds and tons of storage plus a game room area on the first level. The gourmet kitchen was perfect allowing us to cook and entertain our large family easily. It was also a short 6 minute drive into the town of Crested Butte which has quite a few great restaurants and shops. We recommend taking the Silver Queen lift to the top and then hiking the rest of the way up to the top of My Crested Butte.

Al’s Awesome Villa

Amazing! We have stayed at several place in Crested Butte for our annual family ski trip and this place is the best by far. The 10 of us had more room than we knew what to do with. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The walk to the Silver Queen lift was an easy 5 minute walk. The private hot tub was great and the fact you only have to take two steps out the deck door to hop in is an awesome feature. It might not seem important to some, but the ability to park 3 cars is also nice. Especially, for a group as big as ours. Rob, the property manager, did an awesome job at keeping in touch with us. I’ve never had such good communication with a property manager from booking to departure. Definitely want to go back again!

A Home: Walking Distance to the Slopes

I have so many good things to say about this property. For one, this is not just a property someone bought, tossed their hand me downs in, and listed. This is a proper home that has a welcoming warmth to it. It felt like staying at a friend’s house. The cookware is great, the hot tub was easy to use, the bedding was comfortable, the list goes on. No complaints. The friendly and easy to contact host was the cherry on top. You’re missing out if you don’t book here
