Great Family condo. 2nd floor condo with quiet hours starting at 10pm. Sleeps 8 people max. King beds in master and guest room. Bunk room has a full over full bunk bed. Twin trundle bed on bottom.

Fully appointed kitchen, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite countertops. Electric grill on the porch. Come spend you family vacation here! We have all the cooking utensils you need for a cozy night in. In floor heating, wood floors, TVs in two main bedrooms and living room, gas fireplace. Beautiful view of Mt. CB.

Washer & Dryer in the condo. Elevator access. A short walk to the base or steps away from the bus stop that runs every 15 minutes during ski season. Outdoor Hot Tub & tennis court in the complex. You are allowed 2 uncovered parking spots. Parking permits will be in the condo upon your arrival.

Check in is at 4:00. If you arrive early, please let us know. The lock is set to that time to allow for the cleaning staff to finish up.

Excellent property with amazing views. This condo truly has everything—great views, a well-stocked kitchen, and a very comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining area. The location is incredibly convenient, right on the shuttle route and literally about a 4-minute ride to Mt. Crested Butte Resort.The only thing better than the condo itself is the host, Russell. He was extremely responsive, quick to reply to any issue that arose, and took immediate action. He is very friendly and accommodating. For my family, this will be the first place we look to book when coming back.

CB ski weekend

Fabulous condo. Lots of space in the open kitchen/dining/living room area. Very clean. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids. Easy access to CB ski resort and bus to lifts and to town. Highly recommend!

The property was amazing and communication with the property manager was excellent, Easy access to the condo on the 2nd floor with an elevator and the bus stop is a short 1-min walk, The condo had everything we needed including a gas grill on the balcony(Great for steaks!), The kitchen was also very well stocked for cooking nightly meals,

Long weekend stay

Condo was immaculate, the owner thought of everything you may need including camping chairs for concerts in the park, well-stocked kltchen, and we appreciated the humidifiers. Spacious, comfortable and in great condition. Location was convenient. Super clean and updated.

Family Break

We stayed 4 nights with my daughter and her boyfriend. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable. The views of Mt. Crested Butte from the front porch were outstanding. The kitchen is well appointed with cookware and utensils. We would recommend this property.

Great CB Condo

We had some glitches with the check in process but after everything was cleared up, we had a fantastic stay. The owner is almost instantly available and very invested in your experience. The condo is perfectly located with views of the ski hill. The unit is cozy and spacious with all of the amenities you would expect from a high end condo. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and the beds and linens are very comfortable. My only nitpick would be that the unit could use more towels. We had just enough for showering, and the hot tub but any more than four guests would be left short. The hot tub has seen better days but it is still functional. The building is a short walk from the village during the summer and a quick shuttle during the winter. Very convenient. Overall a great rental and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great for families

Very nice property, plenty of space for a group. The kitchen is well equipped with multiple options for coffee and even an instant pot. Beware there isn't much head clearance for the person on the bottom bunk, but it works well for kids. The furniture was pretty kid friendly with not much to worry about them getting hurt on. The shuttle to the ski slopes was a 5 minute ride (running every 15 minutes) and we came back for lunch each day. I recommend bringing your own pillows as we found most of them to be too thick and hard. The elevator was nice for getting lugguge up to the 2nd floor

Great condo!

Russell is a gracious and attentive host. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen is especially nice for cooking and preparing meals. Check-in was easy and without issues. We will consider another stay at the condo when returning to Crested Butte.

Exactly as advertised

Great property, easy walking distance to slopes or even shorter distance to the free shuttle. Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay again if we returned to CB.
